Baseboard in Garage

Hi All , I am a new home owner and this is my first home. I am excited to work on finishing my garage. However i don't have any idea on how to finish the concrete edges. I have searched and found that we need to baseboard. However, the concrete baseboard looks uneven, 2 inches outside the end of drywall on one side and 1 inch inside of drywall on the other side. I am not getting any idea on how do we fix this. I am attaching the pictures. Appreciate if you can guide me on this project with ideas and advises. Thanks, Tubati
