Stone veneer - inside wall is getting wet. Please help

I have this manufactured stone veneer exterior wall of my townhome. Home built about 15 years ago and the stone faces are breaking off and the other side of the wall (neighbor's garage wall) is getting wet during rains/snow. This side of the wall is pretty much directly hit by rain. Please see attached picture. What are the options to fix it? Is concrete sealants an option? any opinion which one to use? Thanks a lot!!!!
