Final Inspection Requirements

In Ontario, I have built a small addition to my house. For the duration of the build I have left the existing patio door and small window in place with the intent of removing them when all the clean up and painting has been done (to minimize dust and debris getting into house). Since this door and window has nothing to do with new structure, will I be able to leave them in place when the final inspection takes place ?
