GE ECM 142 1/3 hp Schematic, drawing, parts list, etc.

I have a Trane unit with a GE fan that is not working. The only information I have found on the fan is here on HVAC-Talk. Can anyone tell me how to get the drawings for the "bell unit" ( CCA and potted assembly beneath it )? Thanks in advance for your help and expertise.
