Currently, many buildings here do not even have functional VFDs and actuators in place for basic water and air flow control but have inbuilt slide valves in the compressors. Our fist step, therefore, is to put these in place or fix existing dysfunctional systems. As a second step, we are looking for a cost-effective system-level chiller plant control system that takes periodic feedback (air temperature, water temperature, etc.) and controls various equipment automatically. We have struggled to find a high-quality supplier locally other than the big and expensive players (Johnson Controls, Schneider, etc.), and therefore think this is a big opportunity to bring in such a company.
Any ideas?
