Hi All,anyone familiar with TWC caller ID on the TV,I had a problem awhile back and the tech came to the house and fixed it immediately,he told me that he could have walked me through it over the phone,the tech support wants me go swap the box out because they can't fix it over the cable .
Can't remember what he did.
