House is fairly new with foam insulation and good windows. Unit is SpacPac Scm060 reverse cycle chiller, it is also used as a heat source for radiant floor heat. Air handler is also SpacPac. Outdoor unit shows 44-45 dog water being circulated to a storage tank inside. There is a grunfros pump UP26-968F pump inside circulating water from the storage tank inside thru the air handler coil. The pipes are cold to the touch on the supply and return lines. The air handler is producing condensation so I believe it is working. Could the pump be too small and not bring enough water too the air handler? Could the plumbing be done differently to allow more chilled water to go through the air handler? Currently 1/14 copper comes out of storage and loops through radiant heat controls and back to the storage tank the grunfros pump tees off that line near the storage tank to supply the air handler and returns to that line about 3" down stream. I have not found anyone in the area that are knowledgeable about this type of system and the installer is no longer available. Any suggestions on what I might check?
