Your thoughts

Got a call today from a new customer. It seems he was raising his ductless condenser because it was sitting on the roof with no space under it for draining. He broke the lines and wanted me to do repairs and "give it a shot of Freon"(:-. I suggested that he call the company that did the installation. My thoughts are that if it wasn't done right then the original company should fix the problem. On the other side of the coin, the owner shouldn't have been moving it, although if the installation was done right he wouldn't have had to attempt it.
