New Construction Heat Pump Size

Hello,

Building a house and getting all kinds of bids and recommendations in on a heat pump system. A little background: I'm building a singe-story 4,800 sq. ft. house. It is 2x6 framing with 1" closed cell spray foam in walls with the balance of wall space being blown cellulose. The attic will be 12-16 inches of blown cellulose. It will have very energy efficient windows as well. It will have a conditioned crawl space with 2" spray foam on the foundation walls. The house is quite spread out due to it all being one level. My question is do you think (1) 5 ton Bryant Evolution Extreme will be enough to do the job? There will be about 80 ft between where the air handler in my garage is to the other side of the house. Is that too far to push air? Currently my architect has two heat pump locations and mechanical rooms available, one on each end of the house. I've got some HVAC guys telling me I need (2) 5 ton units to do the house and some guys telling me I'll be fine with (1) 5 ton unit with zoning. Am I better off just going with two smaller units? I'm located in southern Idaho and we are mostly a heating dominated climate so the HSPF is the most important to me. Our average lows in the winter are in the upper teens to low 20s.

If there is any other info needed, please ask.

Thanks!
